Exquisite driftwood lavishly garnished with greens and fresh flowers, generously studded with luscious California Driscolls surrounded by hand-carved fresh fruit baskets overflowing with hand-cut melons and berries accompanied by Strawberry Yogurt and Raspberry Melba Sauce

Crunchy Vegetable Crudités with ranch dipping sauce and assorted Imported and Domestic Cheese with appropriate breads and crackers

Pasta Station

Our Chef will start with a portion of freshly cooked, al dente pasta and add a gourmet sauce of your choice. Then, at your request, design your pasta using an assortment of imported and domestic ingredients

Tossed Garden Salad
With olive oil, vinegar and Thousand Island Dressing on the Side

Continental Bread Basket and creamery butter

Vegetarian Buffet

Marinated Grilled Vegetables – cooked in olive oil

Fettuccini and Mushroom Salad
