Menu: Bountiful Harvest Station Buffet
1. Soups and Chowder Station
Fabulous Selection of Homemade Soup and Chowder Specialties of the House to include:
Italian Wedding Soup
Chicken Broth overfilled with mini meatballs, generous boneless chicken pieces, fresh greens, beans and pasta – too wonderful for words!
Seafood Chowder
Shrimp, Scallops and Crab in a creamy base chowder, perfectly seasoned, too good to be true!
Harvest Vegetable Soup
Clear vegetable broth with freshly sliced and diced tomatoes, carrots, yellow squash and zucchini. Gently tasty, purely vegetarian.
The above may be served in a choice of sour dough bread boules, sun dried tomato bread boules or simply a soup bowl.
There will be a variety of toppings and garnishments for you to use freely at whim. This will include: Grated Parmesan, Oyster Crackers, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Diced Jalapeno Peppers, Dollops of Sour Cream, Splashes of Sherry, assorted crackers and biscuits
2. Salad Station
- Tossed Garden Salad with a selection of dressings (Sun dried Tomato, Italian Vinaigrette, Ranch)
- Blackened Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta and Julienne Vegetable Salad accompanied by the Chef’s famous Tomato Chutney
- Antipasto Platters to included imported Italian Meats and Cheeses, Marinated Grilled Vegetables to include eggplant, zucchini, fennel, redskin potatoes, portabella mushrooms, yellow squash, red onions and assorted peppers, garnished with a variety of olives and marinated mushrooms.
