PASTA BAR
Our Chef will start with a portion of freshly cooked, al dente pasta and add a gourmet sauce of your choice. Then, at your request, design your pasta using an assortment of imported and domestic ingredients. Caesar Salad will also be included on this station.

Choice of one or a combination of meats, such as turkey breast, smoked turkey breast, roasted beef tenderloin, honey baked ham, roasted port Ligonier barbecued ribs, grilled to a turn and sliced thin, served with miniature rolls and appropriate condiments.
